Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds beyond this period. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to start a return:
Contact us at support@houseofjoppa.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and confirm the return address before you send anything back. After contacting us, please ship your item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Partial refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. If rejected, we’ll explain why.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post. You can also check with your bank, since processing times can vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@houseofjoppa.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@houseofjoppa.com and we’ll assist you.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Sale items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
