Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase.  Most orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS with a 3 to 5 day delivery time.  Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track it's progress to your home.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

As our domestic orders are shipped with a 3 to 5 day delivery time, we don't currently offer an expedited option.  International orders will take longer depending on location.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchasing as long as the product hasn't already shipped.  So, if you change your mind within that time, send us an email (houseofjoppa@gmail.com) and we'll do our best to cancel and refund you in full.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your full purchase price.  Since all of our orders offer free domestic shipping, we aren't able to pay for the shipping back to us.  Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be promptly issued.  Contact us at houseofjoppa@gmail.com to return an item. Items that cannot be returned for refund are items that are: Clearance, Final Sale, etc.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Don't worry - we got you.  If you discover damage or a flaw in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item at houseofjoppa@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item along with photos of the packaging it arrived in.  We'll either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on which you would prefer.
