House of Joppa is your source for Catholic gifts, home decor, jewelry, and more.  Listed below are answers to questions regarding orders, payment, shipping, and returns. If your question is not listed here, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll be happy to help out.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.  Since our warehouse team has the weekend off to spend with their families, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be prioritized for shipment on Monday.  Most orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS with a 7 to 10 day delivery time. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress to your home.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Standard shipping for domestic orders are shipped with a 7 to 10 day delivery time. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air as expedited options.  However, please understand these times are in addition to our fulfillment time above.  International Orders are estimated at 7 to 21 business days, depending on location and customs.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes we do however please note that any order over $20 USD may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid to clear customs, and House of Joppa does not collect or predict the amount of these fees.
If your package incurs customs charges and is refused, we are unable to refund any shipping costs. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us at support@houseofjoppa.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchasing, as long as the product hasn't already shipped. So, if you change your mind within that time, send us an email (support@houseofjoppa.com) and we'll do our best to cancel and refund you in full.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your full purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued promptly. Contact us at support@houseofjoppa.com to return an item. All clearance and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Don't worry - we got you. If you discover damage or a flaw in the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving it at support@houseofjoppa.com and include photos of the damaged item along with photos of the packaging it arrived in. We'll either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on which you prefer.
