At House of Joppa, every order is packed with care by a small team of fellow Catholics who truly appreciates your support. We know many of our pieces are purchased as gifts or for meaningful moments, so we do our best to ship orders quickly while also handling each one thoughtfully.

Below you’ll find what to expect once your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and packed within 24 business hours. This is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it leaves our hands and is passed along to the carrier.

During busy seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may occasionally take a bit longer, but we always work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship to the United States and most other countries in the world.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the item and destination. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once in the carrier’s hands, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, though timing can vary based on carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.

A Note About Shipping Delays

While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays can happen, especially during peak shipping seasons. Carriers may sometimes miss scans or experience regional slowdowns, even though packages are still moving through their system.

If you ever have questions about your tracking or feel unsure about an update, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to look into it with you.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to many countries.

International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note:

  • International delivery times can vary widely

  • Customs delays are outside of our control

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States and arrives in your country.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

If a customer refuses to pay the required duties or taxes and the shipment is refused by the recipient or customs, the package may be abandoned by the carrier. In these cases, the order will be considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

We are unable to refund orders that are refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, as the shipping carriers often charge additional return shipping and customs processing fees that exceed the value of the merchandise.

Canadian Shipping Information

Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees determined by Canadian authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

If UPS Standard shipping is selected, the carrier may also charge a brokerage fee for processing the shipment through customs. In some cases, this brokerage fee can be higher than the duties or taxes themselves.

If UPS Worldwide shipping options are selected, the brokerage fee is typically included in the shipping cost, though duties and taxes may still be collected upon delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment queue quickly, and we’re often unable to make changes after it’s been processed.

If you notice an error right away, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Confirming the shipping address on your order

  • Contacting your local post office or carrier, as they often have additional delivery details
