This luminous artwork, Angels Garlanding the Infant Jesus, is by the Scottish artist and designer Ann MacBeth (1875–1948). Here we see two adoring angels kneeling before the Christ Child, laying garlands of flowers around Him, while a great angel spreads its wings protectively over the holy scene.
