This is the third holy water font I have purchased from House of Joppa. I have one in my home and have not bought one for my RCIA candidate and parents. This Holy Water font is beautiful and is nice because it is a deep reservoir for the Holy Water. We previouly had one that was small and the water was always gone and even evaporated. It's a wonderful addition to our prayer room and great to be able to have Holy Water available in our home.

Crucifix Holy Water Font

I purchased this item about 2 weeks ago, and I must say, it brings our front entryway so much peace. I have always loved holy water fonts because they serve as a reminder of Holy Baptism. A crucifix holy water font is not very common (at least in my experience!), so, I am reminded of Christ's sacrifice for me while also remembering my baptism. Dipping my fingers into the font before I leave the house and when I return reminds me of the mission given to all believers: go out and tell the Good News! :)
